| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年重症肺炎患者的临床特点及防治。方法回顾分析56例老年重症肺炎的临床资料。结果43例采取气管插管机械通气治疗，12例成功脱机。25例治愈，31例死亡。结论老年重症肺炎的临床症状不典型，易发生低蛋白血症及电解质酸碱平衡紊乱，死亡率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical trait,prevention and cure for the severe pneumonia of elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of the elderly with severe pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed. Results 43 out of the 56 cases were treated by the way of adopting trachea intubation; and 12 of which were successful. 25 of the 56 cases recurred while the other 31 cases failed.
