| 摘 要： | 目的:评估X线胸片及CT在发热门诊对聚集人群筛诊SARS的作用.材料和方法:分析同一家庭3例SARS患者胸片及CT的表现.结果:3例胸片及CT均发现异常,其中大片实变1例,毛玻璃样斑片影改变2例;CT表现病变较胸片多而清楚.结论:X线胸片、CT在发热门诊筛诊聚集人群中SARS具有必不可少的重要作用.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate the role of chest radiography and CT in screening diagnosis of SARS in fever clinic. Materials and Methods: The chest radiography and CT of 3 fever patients in one family-cluster were studied. Results: Solid shadow of lung was found in 1 case, single or multiple grand-glass shadows in another 2 cases. CT was better than chest radiography to show the lesions. Conclusion: It is necessary and very important to take the chest radiography or/and CT in screening diagnosis of SARS in fever clinic. |
