| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穿蛭膏对中老年骨质增生性疾病的临床疗效。方法:选择130例骨质增生性患者,随机分为治疗组66例和对照组64例,两组均给予口服乐力钙常规补钙治疗。此外,治疗组使用穿蛭膏贴敷,每日1次,5天为1个疗程,对照组使用天和骨通贴膏,每日1次,5天为1个疗程,对两组治疗结果进行总结分析及疗效调查追踪。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.36%;对照组治总有效率为81.82%。治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:穿蛭膏具有活血化瘀,通络止痛的作用,临床用于治疗骨质增生性疾病疗效显著。
