脑损伤术后肠内营养支持的临床研究

目的探讨脑损伤术后肠内营养支持对改善患者营养状况的作用。方法对2003～2005年我院收治的脑损伤术后患者80例进行回顾性分析,分为两组,肠内营养支持组(EN组)和对照组,检测治疗前后的营养指标。EN组采用非要素膳肠内营养支持,对照组采用肠外营养支持。结果EN组治疗后体重、前清蛋白、清蛋白及总蛋白与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。EN组中8例患者出现消化系统症状。结论肠内营养能有效改善脑损伤术后患者的营养状况,对脑损伤术后患者应尽早采用肠内营养。

Enteral Nutrition Support after Surgery of Brain Damage: A Clinical Study

Objective To explore the function of enteral nutrition support to improve patients' nutriture after surgery of brain damage.Methods A retropective analysis was carried out on 80 patients with brain damage treated in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups:enteral nutrition(EN)group and control group.We examined the nutritive indexes before and after treatment.The EN group were given non-elemental diet of enteral nutrition support,and the control group were given parenteral nutrition support.Results Significant difference was found in body weight,prealbumin and total protein between EN group and control group after treatment(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal symptom appeared in 8 patients in EN group.Conclusion Enteral nutrition support can improve the condition of brain damage after therapy.Patients with brain damage should be given enteral nutrition support after treament.
