赛庚啶的抗脂质过氧化作用

摘    要:赛庚啶(Cyp)对自氧化及自由基发生系统(FRGS)诱导离体大鼠心,肝,脑组织脂质过氧化作用均有明显的抑制效应,且对后者的抑制作用更为明显,其IC_(50)分别为2.56mmol·L~(-1),693,973μmol·L~(-1)和63,56,379μmol·L~(-1)Cyp对FRGS诱导离体大鼠心肌线粒体膜脂质过氧化作用也有一定的抑制作用,其IC_(50)为5.1mmol·L~(-1).结果提示Cyp的抗脂质过氧化作用与其清除氧自由基作用有关

Abstract:Cyproheptadine(Cyp),anantiserotonin-antihistaminic agent with a significant calcium channel blocker activity,could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation(LPO)of heart,liver and brain homogenates induced by autoxidation and free radical generation system(FRGS,Fe2+ascorbic acid).The inhibitory effect of Cyp on the latter was obviously more potent than that on the former.Their IC50 were 2.56 mmol·L-1,693,973μmol·L-1 and 63,56,379μmol·L-1 respectively(r=0.9981,0.9995,0.9665,0.9792,0.9048,0.9828).Cyp also possessed certain inhibitory effects on the LPO of myocardial mitochondrial membrane in rats induced by FRGS(IC50=5.1 mmol·L-1,r=0.9920).The results suggest that anti-LPO action of Cyp may be related to its scavenging effects on oxygen free radicals.
