急性下消化道出血的诊断和治疗（附29例报告）

总结急性下消化宙血的诊治经验。方法对２９例急性下消化道出血的病因，诊治进行回顾性分析。结果（１）本组急性下消化道出血中，结肠出血最多，结肠出血原因中，血 畸形为最多。

Diagnosis and treatment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding(a report of 29 cases).

Objective\ To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods\ 29 patients with acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding were retrospectively viewed.Results\ (1)Bleeding in colon are the most common cases in our date.Vascular malformations are the most common cases of bleeding in colon.(2)Bleeding was controlled by conservative treatment in 65 5% cases and emergent laparotory were undergone in 31 0% cases.(3)Bleeding was halted after operation in 90 5% cases.Conclusion\ (1)During bleeding interval patients should be evaluated firstly by colonoscopy,and during active bleeding should be evaluated firstly by angiography.(2)Those with lethalmassive bleeding,emergent evaluation and emergent laparotomy should be undertaken.(3)Surgeon should pay more attention to intestinal vascular malformation.
