河南省城市居民健康知识现况研究

目的了解河南省城市居民对健康知识的知晓情况,为制定城市健康教育规划和策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法在全省内共抽取城市居民8829人,采用自主设计的调查问卷对调查对象进行现场调查。结果调查对象的标化健康知识知晓率为69.83%,健康生活方式方面知识知晓率最高(78.72%),慢性病方面知识知晓率最低(66.87%);其中营养、安全用药、结核病、碘缺乏病、糖尿病等知识知晓率较低,肝炎知识知晓率最低(49.43%)。女性知晓率高于男性,高年龄组知识知晓率较低,知晓率随着文化程度的升高而增高。结论河南省城市的健康教育工作应该将慢性病作为重点,并加大对营养、安全用药、结核病、碘缺乏病等内容的健康教育,同时将男性、高年龄组、低文化程度居民作为重点人群。

Cross-sectional study on health knowledge among urban residents in Henan Province

Objective To explore the awareness status of health knowledge among urban residents in Henan Province,and provide scientific evidences for health education plans and strategies development in urban area of Henan Province.Methods 8829 residents were selected through multi-staged sampling methods among urban residents in Henan Province.A self-designed questionnaire was used in field survey.Results The standard awareness rates of health knowledge among informants were 69.83%,while the rates of healthy lifestyle was highest with 78.72% and the rates of chronic diseases was the lowest with 66.87%.The awareness rates of nutrition,safe medication,tuberculosis,iodine deficiency disorders and diabetes was slightly lower,and the rate of hepatitis was the lowest（49.43%）.The awareness rates in female were higher than that in man.The rates in elder groups were lower than that in younger groups,and increased along with education level.Conclusion Chronic diseases health education should be strengthened in urban area.Nutrition,safe medication,tuberculosis,iodine deficiency disorders should be the key information.Men,elderly and low education residents should be key population.
