食管癌病人社会支持与自我护理能力的相关性研究

目的分析食管癌病人的社会支持与自我护理能力的关系，为提高病人的自我护理能力提供临床指导。方法采用自我护理能力测定量表和社会支持评定量表对89例住院食管癌病人进行调查。结果食管癌病人社会支持总分为（40．91±8．04）分，中等水平57例（64．0％），高等水平32例（34．0％）；自我护理能力总分为（108．58±13．70）分，中等水平51例（57．3％），高水平38例（42．7％）。社会支持与自我护理能力总分（r=0．711）及自我护理技能（r=0．550）、自护责任感（r=0．326）、自我概念（r=0．467）和健康知识水平（r=0．709）4个维度呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论社会支持影响食管癌病人的自我护理能力，护理人员应重视食管癌病人的社会支持，从而促进病人的自我护理能力的提高，进而提高生活质量。

A correlative study on social support and self-care ability of patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To analyze the relationship between social support and self-care ability, in order to provide clinical guidance for improving the patients＇ self-care ability. Methods The Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale （ESCA） and the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） were used to survey 89 cases of patients with esophageal cancer. Results The total score of social support of patients with esphogeal cancer was （40. 91 ± 8. 04）, 57 cases （64. 0% ） were at moderate level, 32 cases （34. 0% ） were at higher level. The total score of self-care ability was （108. 58 ± 13.70）, 51 cases （57. 3% ） were at moderate level, 38 cases （42. 7% ） were at higher level. Social support was positively correlated with self-care ability （ r = 0. 711 ） and its four dimensions of self-care skill （ r = 0. 550） , self-care responsibility （ r = 0. 326 ） , self-concept （ r =0. 467 ） and health knowledge level （ r = 0. 709, all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Social support is associat- ed with the patients＇ self-care ability and nurses should pay attention to patients＇ social support, so as to improve the self- care ability and quality of life.
