试论医药企业社会责任的范畴及实现途径

目的:促进我国医药企业更明确地认识自身应承担的社会责任并积极履行。方法:分析我国医药企业社会责任的范畴及其目前的主要实现途径。结果:我国医药企业应明确其对消费者、投资者、雇员、社会、社区等利益相关者应承担的社会责任的范畴。目前企业履行社会责任主要依赖法律、法规的强制机制和自身意识的逐步提高,这不利于我国医药企业积极主动承担社会责任。结论:建议从外部监管和内部治理2个方面促使我国医药企业积极承担社会责任。
