仙鹤草降糖活性成分提取工艺优化

摘    要:目的:仙鹤草降糖活性成分提取工艺的优选。方法:以提取物降糖活性为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计实验,考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取温度对提取率的影响,优选出合理的提取工艺。结果:优选出仙鹤草降糖活性成分的最佳提取工艺条件是:热回流提取3次,1h/次,60%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶10,提取温度为80℃。结论:优化后的工艺提取率高。国内未见报道。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extractive condition of lowering blood sugar substance from Agrimonia pilosa.METHODS With the effects of lowering blood sugar as criteria,the concentration of alcohol,extractive time,the ratio of material to liquor and the extractive temperature were evaluated by L9(34)orthogonal design method.RESULTS The optimum extractive condition was described as follow:hot reflux extraction 3 times(once 1 hour),60% ethanol solution,and 10-fold solvent.CONCLUSION The high extractive rate is got...
