经内镜鼻胆管引流治疗术后胆漏

目的探讨ERCP及内镜鼻胆管引流在术后胆漏的诊治作用。方法对该组12例术后胆漏患者及早行ERCP检查并ENBD治疗。结果12例患者均作ERCP检查确诊胆漏，立即行ENDB治疗，其中1例联合腹腔穿刺，所有患者均治愈。结论ERCP可明确胆漏的性质范围，对胆漏诊断敏感性和特异性高，并可同时作内镜鼻胆管引流。目前大多数情况可取代手术治疗，应作为胆漏的首选诊治方法。

Treatment of postoperative biliary leakage with endoscopic naso-biliary drainage

[Objective] To explore the value of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and endoscopic naso-biliary drainage(ENBD) in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative biliary leakage. [Method] 12 cases with postoperative biliary leakage were applied to ERCP early and then using the ENBD. [Result] All 12 cases were confirmed biliary leakage, and were treated with ENBD soon. One case in it was used the combination treatment with abdominal puncture. All cases were healed. [Conclusion] It is sensitive and specific that ERCP was applied in diagnosis of postoperative biliary leakage. And ENBD can be used to treat it at the same time. Now endoscopic therapy was the first choice in diagnosis and treatment of postoperative biliary leakage. It is a suitable alternative of traditional operation in most condition.
