翼状胬肉显微逆行分离切除加羊膜移植术有效性评价

目的观察翼状胬肉显微逆行切除联合羊膜移植术的有效性。方法回顾系列病例研究。分析2011年9月至2012年7月行翼状胬肉显微逆行切除联合羊膜移植术的66例(79只眼)患者的临床资料,对照组选用同时期行单纯胬肉切除者59例(68眼),用x2检验分别对两组不同时间的有效性比较。结果翼状胬肉显微逆行切除联合羊膜移植术组:66例(79眼)随访6-36个月,9眼复发,复发率11.39%,其中术后3个月复发者1例,1眼(1.26%);3例,4眼(5.06%)术后6个月-1年复发;1年后复发者3例,4眼(5.06%)。单纯胬肉切除组:59例(68眼)随访6-36个月,31眼复发(45.59%),其中术后3个月复发者10例,15眼(22.06%);10例,12眼(17.69%)术后6个月-1年复发;1年后复发者11例,14眼(20.59%)。结论翼状胬肉显微逆行切除加羊膜移植术与单纯胬肉切除术相比,可增加胬肉术后有效性。

Micro-separation of effectiveness of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation evaluation

Objective To evaluate Micro-separation of retrograde excision of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation.Methods Retrospective case series study.Analysis September 2011 retrograde excision of pterygium microscope combined with amnion transplantation in treatment of 66 patients with (79 eye) in patients with clinical data,control group selection,in 59 cases with rows of simple pterygium excision (68 eyes) on the validity of X2 tested separately for two different sets of time.Results All cases had successful row-wing micro retrograde excision of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation.66 cases (79 eye) 6-36 months of follow-up,9 eye relapse,recurrence rate of 11.39%,of which 1 patients 3 months postoperative recurrence,1 eye (1.26%);3,4 eyes (5.06%) 6 months -1 year recurrence after surgery;3 patients relapse after 1 year,4 eyes (5.06%).Row 59 cases of pterygium excision alone (68 eye) follow-up to 6-36 months,31 eyes relapse (45.59%),of which 3 months 10 patients relapse after surgery,15 eyes (22.06%);10,12 eyes (17.69%) 6 months -1 year recurrence after surgery;11 patients relapse after 1 year,14 eyes (20.59%).Conclusion Microscopic retrograde excision of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation compared with simple pterygium excision can increase effectiveness after pterygium surgery.
