| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫分析法观察了50例胃癌和20例胃溃疡患者的血清甲状腺激素变化,血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3),T_3/rT_3值均明显低于正常人;反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT_3),促甲状腺激素(TSH)均明显高于正常人;而甲状腺素(T_4)无明显变化.胃癌患者血清T_3,T_3/rT_3值和TSH明显低于胃溃疡患者,病情越严重,均值变化越明显.动态观察胃癌和胃溃疡患者甲状腺激素变化,有益于预测胃癌有无转移,胃溃疡有无恶变.

| Abstract: | We studied the changes in serum thyroid hormones in 50 patients with carcinoma of the stomach and 20 patients with gastric ulcer by radioimmunoassay. The results were compared with those in normal subjects. In both groups the levels of serum triodothyronine (T_3) and T_3/rT_3 were lower than those in normal persons, while reverse triiodothyronine (rT_3) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were higher. No change was found in thyroxine. Serum T_3 T_3/rT_3 and TSH in the cancer group were markedly lower than those in patients with gastric ulcer. These results show that continued testing of thyroid hormones is helpful in predicting the metastasis of carcinoma of the stomach and malignanty change of the gastric ulcer. |
