抑白生血糖浆联合化疗对儿童白血病作用的研究

目的探讨抑白生血糖浆对白血病化疗时骨髓的保护作用.方法将中药方剂中的原药配成糖浆.实验组为15例儿童白血病用常规化疗加抑白生血糖浆治疗,对照组为15例儿童白血病人只用常规化疗.观察发热、血象、骨髓及体征3个月.结果实验组在治疗中发热持续时间、Hb、WBC、恢复正常时间以及完全缓解时间均较对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05).随访骨髓检查,治疗组骨髓抑制较对照组少(P<0.01), 差异显著.治疗中治疗组输RBC悬液、G-CSF次数较对照组少,感染次数也较对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05).结论抑白生血糖浆具有增强机体免疫功能、抑制白血病细胞、减轻骨髓抑制的作用.

Clinical study on the treatment of childhood acute leukemia using Yibai Shengxue syrup with chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the effect of Yibai Shengxue syrup(YSS) on protecting bone marrow of childhood acute leukemia in the chemotherapy.Methods To prepare the Chinese traditional and herbal drugs substance into the syrup.Fifteen cases of observe group with childhood acute leukemia were treated with chemotherapy and YSS.Fifteen cases of control group with childhood acute leukemia were treated only with chemotherapy. The fever, hematerkon, bone narrow depression and sign of the patients were observed for three months.Results The duration of Hb and WBC counting returning to normal and the time of reaching complete remission(CR) were markedly shorter in the observe group,compared with normal control group (P<0.05).The bone narrow depression in observe group were less (P<0.01).the frequency of the blood transfusion, infection and using G-CSF were less in observe group (P<0.05).Conclusion YSS can enhance the immunity, repress the growing of leukemia cells and reduce bone narrow depression in the chemotherapy of the childhood acute leukemia.
