腹股沟疝60例无张力修补术治疗效果分析

目的：探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的手术效果。方法：选择60例腹股沟疝患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组给予患者无张力疝修补术治疗，对照组给予患者Bassini修补术治疗，观察两组患者的手术效果。结果：观察组手术时间、住院天数均短于对照组，术中术后出血量及并发症均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：无张力疝修补术具有创伤小，恢复快，痛苦小，并发症发生率及复发率低等优点，值得基层医院推广应用。

Results The observation group surgery time, in hospital number of days short in the control group, after in the technique the technique bleed the quantity and the complication are short in the control group, the difference have statistics significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The unstressing hernia plastic operation has the wound to be small, restores quickly, the pain is small, the complication formation rate and the recurrence rate low status merit, are worth the basic unit hospital promotion application.
