抗肿瘤药紫杉醇的不良反应及临床应用

目的探讨抗肿瘤药紫杉醇的不良反应及临床应用，为临床合理用药、防范不良反应提供参考。方法对60例发生紫杉醇不良反应的患者进行回顾性分析。结果紫杉醇的主要不良反应包括过敏反应、骨髓抑制、心脏毒性反应、胃肠道反应、肝脏毒性反应、神经毒性反应、癫痫大发作及水肿等。结论在使用抗肿瘤药物紫杉醇时应严加关注，采取积极措施有效预防不良反应的发生。
