覆膜支架腔内治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层

目的：探讨覆膜支架腔内治疗StanfordB型主动脉夹层的方法、临床效果及并发症。方法：回顾性总结、分析17例应用覆膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗StanfordB型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。结果：本组覆膜支架释放均成功，封闭左锁骨下动脉4例，接受治疗者无围术期死亡。随访过程中，无内漏、支架移位等并发症发生。结论：覆膜支架治疗StanfordB型主动脉夹层是一种安全、有效、损伤小的方法，近、中期疗效明显，远期疗效需进一步大样本观察。

Endovascular therapy for Stanford type B aortic dissection

Objective： To explore the therapeutic method, effect and complications of endovascular grafts exclusion in treating Stanford type B aortic dissection. Methods： The data of 17 cases of Stanford type B aortic dissection who had treated with endovascular grafts exclusion were collected and analyzed retrospectively between December 2008 and December 2010. RESULTS： All patients were technically and clinieally successful. Left subclavian artery was totally occluded in 4 patients ,The serial follow up imaging demonstrated that the locations and shapes of the stent -graft were stable and no internal hemorrhage occurred in all patients ; Conclusion： Interventional therapy of Stanford type B aortic dissection with coated stentgraft is a safe, effective, less invasive method. It＇s recent and middle term effect is satisfactory, the success rate is high, complication rate is low. Further observations are necessary for long term result with a large sample.
