白蛋白联合速尿治疗大面积脑梗塞的疗效观察

目的观察白蛋白联合应用速尿治疗大面积脑梗塞急性期患者脑水肿的疗效和影响；方法对54例大面积脑梗塞出现颅内压增高的患者、依据使用白蛋白加用速尿治疗作为治疗组，对照组单用速尿或部分患者尝试小剂量甘露醇或甘油盐水联合速尿，对治疗和患者的康复情况做对比；结果在患者有严重心、肺、肾疾患不能使用甘露醇的情况下，应用白蛋白联合速尿治疗脑梗塞效果明显，能够有效的减轻大面积脑梗塞后脑水肿；结论在甘露醇应用受限的情况下，应用白蛋白联合速尿治疗脑梗塞疗效满意、安全性高。
