诺和锐30治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨诺和锐30治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将60例患者妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例，观察组应用诺和锐30，对照组应用诺和灵30R，治疗8周后比较两组患者进餐前后的血糖控制情况、低血糖发生率、达标时间和妊娠结局等。结果：两组患者治疗前FBG、2hPBG和HbAlc无明显差异，治疗后两组患者FBG无差异，但是餐后2hPBG和HbAlc值观察组明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；低血糖发生、达标时间和妊娠结局观察组好于对照组。结论：诺和锐30治疗妊娠期糖尿病安全有效，低血糖发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

The observation on clinical effects of novomix 30 penfill in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and safety of novomix 30 penfill in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods：60 cases patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the intervention group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）;The intervention group was used novomix 30 penfill,the control group was used novolin 30R,the FBG,2hPBG,HbAlc, low blood sugar occur,compliance time after 8 weeks and pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between two groups. Results： The FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc were no significant differences between the two groups postprandial, after treatment, no difference in FBG, However, the FBG, 2hPBG, HbA 1 c, incidence of low blood sugar, compliance time and pregnancy outcome in the intervention group were better than the control group,they were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The novomix 30 penfill in patients with gestational diabetes mellltus is safe and effective, low incidence of low blood sugar, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
