中药对经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石疗效的影响研究

目的：探讨中药对经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石疗效的影响。方法：选择2009年1月-2010年1月间在我院泌尿外科行皮肾镜微通道气压弹道碎石术治疗的上尿路结石58例患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组采用中药排石汤联合微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗，对照组单纯给予微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗，观察两组治疗一个月后的临床效果。结果：观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药排石汤联合微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗上尿路结石的是较为理想的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。

Herbs on the percutaneous treatment of renal lithotripsy of urinary calculi of efficacy

Objective： To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine on percutaneous renal lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi therapeutic effect. Method： Select 2009 January 1 january 2010 in our hospital urology renal mirror leather micro-channel line pneu- matic lithotripsy treatment of urinary tract stones on 58 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with the observation group Chinese Pal Shi Tang minimally invasive pe~utaneous renal lithotripsy in the treatment and control group were given percutaneous renal lithotripsy treatment, were observed after one month of treatment the clinical effects. Results： The cure rate was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese Pai Shi Tang minimally invasive pereutaneous renal lithotripsy for treatment of upper urinary tract stones is an ideal method of treatment, worthy of clinical application.
