酸枣仁总皂甙对小鼠缺氧的保护作用和体外对家兔血小板聚集及产生血栓素B_2的影响

摘    要:酸枣仁总皂甙(ZS 100mg/kg IP)对小鼠常压缺氧和异丙肾上腺素加重的缺氧及亚硝酸钠所致的携氧障碍均能显著延长存活时间。用比浊法和放射免疫测定法研究ZS对家兔凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集和产生血栓素B_2(TXB_2)的影响。ZS(25-660mg/L)显著抑制血小板聚集和TXB_2的产生。上述结果提示:ZS对缺氧的保护作用与抗血小板聚集和减少TXB_2生成有关。

Abstract:Total saponins of Semen Zizihpi Spinosae(ZS) can prolong survival time of mice in normobaric hypoxia and increase the resistance of mice to normobaric hypoxia(p<0. 05). A similar result was obtained in mice with iso- prenaline (p<0. 01). ZS can prolong survival time induced by sodium nitrite(p<0. 05) too. Platelet aggregation and thromboxane B_2(TXB_2) production induced by coagulase were studied by turbidimetry and radiommunoas- say in rabbits. ZS(25-660mg/L) inhibited remarkably platelet aggregation and the production of TXB_2 induced by coagulase. The results as mentioned above suggested that protective effect of ZS on hypoxid be related to in- hibite platelet aggregation and the production of TXB_2.
