桂利嗪对体外培养心肌细胞搏动和电位的影响

摘    要:本文观察了桂利嗪(Ci)对体外培养大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞自发性搏动频率动作电位的影响及对乌头碱的拮抗作用。结果表明:Ci能降低劝作电位的最大上升速率和动作电位幅度;能减少心肌细胞的自发性搏动频率;及能拮抗乌头碱增加心肌细胞自发性搏动频率的作用。提示Ci可能有抑制心肌细胞快钠通道的作用。

Abstract:Cinnarizine (Ci) could decrease the spontaneous beating rate of the cultured rat heart cells. The effect of 2.7 μmol / L Ci on the beating rate is weaker than that of 27μmol / L Ci.Ci antagonized the action of aconitine accelerating Na+ into cells, suggesting that Ci might inhibit the Na+ influx of heart cells.Ci decreased Vmax and APA significantly but didnot show any marked effect on MDP.Since Ci could inhibit the Na+ influx of heart cells, a new clue was provided for the enlargement of the clinical application of Ci.
