转移性肾血管外皮细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的提高对血管外皮细胞瘤的认识，探讨诊治方法。方法1例患者病情简介并结合文献报道进行分析讨论。患者，男，56岁。因乏力、出汗、心慌1年2006年10月12日以低血糖入院，行CT诊断为左肾癌行手术治疗，病理诊断为左肾血管外皮细胞瘤。患者曾于1994年因头痛、呕吐入院，经手术治疗诊断为颅内血管外皮细胞瘤。结果术后病理证实为左肾转移性血管外皮细胞瘤，免疫组化：CD34＋，Vim＋。HMB45-，Actin-，EMA-，AAT-。结论肾转移性血管外皮细胞瘤少见，手术是首选治疗方案，恶性者可试行放射性治疗。

Report of one case of metastatic renal hemangiopericytoma and literature review

Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment of hemangiopericytoma. Methods The authors reported a case of metastatic renal hemangiopericytoma, who was admitted in 1994 with intracranial hemangiopericytoma. Results Metastatic renal hemangiopericytoma was diagnosed after operation. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells were stained positively for Vimentin, CD34, and stained negatively for HMB45, Actin, EMA, and AAT. Conclusion To the authors＇ knowledge, this is the third reported case of metastatic renal hemangiopericytoma. Surgery is the first choice, while radiotherapy can be applied if the tumor is malignant.
