| 益肾化阏法对Ⅱ型糖尿病血液流变学、SOD、LPO水平及血管病变的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益肾化瘀法治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病对血液流变学、SOD、LPO水平的影响，并探讨其与血管病变关系。方法Ⅱ型糖尿病符合肾虚血阏证者65例，分为血管病变组和无血管病变组，分别观察治疗前后PBG、PBG、ηb、ηp、IR、SOD、LPO变.2一治疗前血糖、血液流变学、SOD、LPO值具有差异，P＜0．05－0．01。治疗后PBG、PBG、ηb、ηp、IR、SOD、LPO2组均有改善，血液流变学以血管病变组改善明显，血管组FBG与ηb、ηp、IR、LPO呈明显正相关（P＜0．05－0．01），与SOP呈负相关（P＜0．05）。结论益肾化瘀法对Ⅱ型糖尿病及其血管病变具有有效的防治作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the method of reinforcing thekidney and removing blood stasis on blood rheology, the levels of SOD and LPO and blood vessel pathological changes. METHOD The changes in FBG, PBG,ηb,ηP, IR, SOD and LPO of patients with deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis were observed before and after the treatment. RESULT Great differences were observed between the two groups (P<0.05～0.01). CONCLUSION The method of reinforcing the kidney and removing blood stasis can effectively prevent NIDDM and its blood vessel pathological changes. |
