SPA-ELISA和Map-IFAT诊断肺螨病的研究

目的　探讨葡萄球菌A蛋白 -酶联免疫吸附试验 (SPA -ELISA)和螨成虫抗原片间接荧光抗体试验 (Map-IFAT)对肺螨病的诊断价值。方法　应用SPA -ELISA和Map-IFAT分别对肺螨病组 (35例 )、疮疮组 (35例 )、蠕形螨组 (38例 )、对照组 (30例 )进行血清抗体检测并对比分析。结果　SPA -ELISA检测血清螨特异性IgG阳性率和Map -IFAT血清抗螨抗体的阳性率 :肺螨组分别为94.3 %和 88.6 % ;疥疮组分别为 5 .7%和 0 ;蠕形螨组均为 0 ;对照组分别为 3 .3 %和 6 .7%。两种方无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。两组方法联合使用其阳性率为 97.1 4 %。结论　SPA -ELISA和Map -IFAT对肺螨病的诊断均有较高的特异性敏感性 ,而SPA -ELISA法在肺螨病的大规模的流行病学调查中具有很大的优点 ,两者联合应用可提高诊断肺性螨病的准确性。

Experimental Study on the Diagnosis Of Pulmonary Acariasis with SPA-ELISA and Map-IFAT

Objective To study the diagnostic values of staphylococcal protein A-enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay (SPA-ELISA) and mite antigen piece-indirect fluorescent antibody test(Map-IFAT) on pulmonary acariasis. Methods patients in 4 different groups including pulmonary acariasis group (n=35), scabies group (n=35), demodex group (n=38) and control group (n=30) were detected by the two methods, and the results were compared each other. Results The positive rates of SPA-ELISA and Map-IFAT were 94.3% (33/35) and 88.6% (31/35) in pulmonary acariasis group, 5.7% and 0 in scabies group, both 0 in demodex group, 3.3% and 6.7% in control group. There was no significantly different between two methods in diagnosing pulmonary acariasis (P>0.05). The positive rate of pulmonary acariasis was 97.14% (34/35) by the combination of the two methods. Conclusions Both methods have good specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis. SPA-ELISA plays an important role in large-scale epidemiology investigation on diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis. So the combination of the two methods may improve the correct diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis.
