冠心病合并糖代谢异常患者冠状动脉病变特点的研究

目的探讨糖代谢异常患者冠状动脉病变的特点。方法 168例行冠脉造影证实冠心病患者分为单纯冠心病组（NGT组）,冠心病合并糖尿病组（DM组）40,冠心病合并糖耐量异常组（IGT组）45例。所有患者均检测血糖采用口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）作为评估糖代谢的标准。对其冠状动脉的病变程度及狭窄程度进行分析。结果糖尿病组中冠状动脉病变侵犯左主干和前降支的比例高,发病年龄较血糖正常组低,糖尿病组和糖耐量异常组的冠状动脉病变中多支病变和重度病变发生率高（P〈0.05）,单支病变发生率较低（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病及糖耐量异常合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变广泛且严重。

Analysis of coronary artery angiography in patients with the abnormal metabolism of the blood glucose in patients

Objective To observe the coronary arterys aspect with the abnormal metabolism of the blood glucose in patients. Methods 168 patients of coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary artery angiography were collected,and divided into three groups according to the level of blood glucose：the DM,the IGT and the NBG,and their clinic aspect and the results of coronary artery angiography were compared. Results The coronary artery of left main and left anterior descending branch is higher,the age is younger in DM than in NBG （ P 0. 05） ,the multi-artery diseases and the grave artery diseases are higher in DM and in IGT than in NBG（ P 0. 05）. single artery diseases are lower（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The coroanry heart disease with DM or IGT have extensive and grave artery diseases.
