| 摘 要： | 目的观察腰椎椎板减压,椎间植骨和GSS(GeneralSpineSystem)椎弓根螺钉系统内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法对39例腰椎滑脱症患者施行腰椎椎板减压,椎体间植骨和GSS椎弓根螺钉系统内固定手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果39例患者中,27例症状完全消失,12例症状基本消失,无固定螺钉松动及再滑脱现象。结论应用GSS脊柱内固定系统和椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种复位满意的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with decompression, lumbar pedicle screw fixation system of general spine system (GSS) and intervertebral bone graft.Methods To analyze the data of 39 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with decompression, intervertebral bone graft and GSS pedicle screw system retrospectively.Results In 39 cases, the symptoms disappeared completely in 27 cases and partially in 12 cases.No fixation failure and recurrent slip was found after operation.Conclusion It is an effective way to treat the lumbar spondylolisthesis with GSS system and intervertebral bone graft and has satisfactory reductionrate. |
