| 摘 要： | 目的分析药物制剂的非科学性，促进科学审批药物。方法选择注射用头孢曲松钠／舒巴坦钠、非磺胺类药物／甲氧苄啶复方制刑、单硝酸异山梨酯注射液3种非科学性药物制剂，对其非科学性进行药理学分析。结果与结论3种药物制剂存在药理学缺陷，药物审批必须遵循科学性原则。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the unscientific characteristics of some drug preparations, and to promote scientific approval of drugs. Methods Three drug preparations of injection of cefiriaxone sodium/sulbactam sodium, combination of non - sulfonamide and rimethoprim, and injection of isosorbide mononitrate were analyzed according to pharmacological science. Results and Conclusion The pharmacological defects were found in the 3 preparations. The approval of drugs should follow scientific principles. |
