摘    要:目的 了解卵巢切作大鼠胫骨对氟化钠的治疗反应。方法 将24只雌性大鼠随机分成3组,单纯切卵巢组、对照组和氟化钠治疗组。对单纯切卵巢组和氟化钠治疗组大鼠行卵巢切除手术,建立骨质疏松动物模型,氟化钠治疗组于卵巢切除术后1个月予氟化钠,给药3个月后处死。用骨形态计量学方法检测卵巢切除大鼠无后肢胫骨对氟化钠的治疗反应。结果 单纯卵巢切除组大鼠骨小梁体积,平均骨小梁密度较对照组显著较减少(P〈0.05),四

Abstract:Objective To investigate the response of trabecula of tibia in ovariectomized(OVX) rats to sodium fluoride (NaF). Methods The OVX rats were used as model for osteoporosis. Twenty four female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups. Namely, 16 OVX rats with and without NaF treated group and control group. All rats were sacrificed after being fed with NaF for 3 months. The effect of NaF on bone microarchitecture and dynamics were studied by bone histomorphometry. Results Trabecula bone volume, mean trabecula width, density and cortical thickness were remarkably reduced in OVX group( P <0 05) while tetracycline labeled surfaces, osteoid surfaces and bone formation rate were increased compared with those in control group. In NaF treated group, the tetracycline labeled surfaces and bone formation rate were increased while mineral apposition rate and osteoid maturation period were decreased compared with those in control group ( P <0 05). Conclusions Trabecula bone volume and mean trabecula width can be increased by administration of NaF for 3 months in OVX rats. It seems that the effects are significant in epiphysis.
