翼状胬肉切除改良术式的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨改良式翼状胬肉逆行剥离切除及角巩膜缘表层血管二次烧灼的临床效果和安全性。方法:对66例70眼原发性翼状胬肉,逆行广泛剥离切除胬肉。术后6~10d的表面麻醉下针对巩膜裸露区结膜下纤曲扩张的异常血管进行准确定位烧灼并结膜下注射地塞米松注射液0.3mL。术后随访6~20mo。结果:随访期内,10眼复发(14%),未见其他并发症发生。结论:翼状胬肉逆行剥离切除加角巩膜缘表层血管二次烧灼大大降低翼状胬肉的术后复发率。此方法操作简单、安全、并发症发生率低。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the effect and safety of improved retrograding excision of pterygium with two times burning vasculum on the surface sclera.·METHODS: Sixty-six cases (70 eyes) of primary pterygium were treated with improved stripping and resetting pterygium.During the surgery,the entire pterygium was excised to the plica,burning vasculum near the limbus. After 6-10 days of follow-up it was conducted to exactly burning vasculum on the surface sclera in some eyes .All the cases were followed up for 6-20 months.·RESULTS: Ten eyes(14%) relapsed in the follow-up period,and no serious complications were observed.·CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that improved retrograding excision of pterygium combined with two times burning vasculum on the surface sclera is a safe method for pterygium treatment,with low recurrence rate and few serious complications.
