| 摘 要： | 目的 观察麦克苏溶液治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效。方法 96例患者 ,其中 4 9例 (治疗组 )应用已浸泡麦克苏溶液纱条填塞外耳道内 ,2 4h更换 1次 ,连用 7d ;4 7例 (对照组 )以同样方式填塞 2 %水杨酸乙醇纱条 ;两组 7d后观察结果 ,并进行比较。结果 治疗组治愈 32例 (6 5 .3% ) ,对照组治愈 1 2例 (2 5 .5 % ) ,两组比较具有非常显著差异性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 麦克苏溶液治疗外耳道真菌病疗效优于水杨酸溶液

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Maikesu solution on mycosis of external auditory canal.Methods Among 96 patients,ribbon gauzes soaked in Maikesu solution were used to fill external auditory canal in 49 cases(the treatment group),and the dressing change would be once a day for 7 days running; ribbon gauzes soaked in 2% alcohol salicylate were used in the same way in 47 cases(the control group);7 days later,the results in both groups were observed and compared.Results There was recovery in 32 cases(65.3%) in the treatment group while the control group had 12 cases (25.5%),and there was significant difference ( P <0.01) between the results of two groups.Conclusion Maikesu solution has better effect on mycosis of external auditory canal than alcohol salicylate. |
