| 摘 要： | 目的：探索负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的护理要点。方法：2006年10月～2007年5月，对42例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗损伤感染创面的患者进行护理观察。结果：42例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗的患者“人工皮”全部成活，无护理并发症发生。结论：手术后维持患者适当的体位，持续恒定的负压吸引，密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的关键环节。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing point of infective traumatic surface treated by vaccum sealing drainage technique.Methods:From Oct 2006 to May 2007,to observe the infective surface of 42 cases treated by vaccum drainage technique.Results:42 cases of artificial skin survived without any nursing complication.Conclusion:Proper posture after operation,constant vaccum drainage,careful nursing and drainge tube management are the key points in nursing. |
