高血压病的血液流变学及甲襞微循环的研究

摘    要:本文观察了186例高血压病患者,58例健康人的血液流变学指标及甲襞微循环状态,并进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)高血压病人的全血粘度、还原粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数均明显高于健康人,差异有显著性(P<0.01),(2)高血压病人的畸形管袢数明显增多,血液流速明显咸慢,以慢粒流为多见。两组甲襞微循环加权积分值相比,高血压病组的管袢形态、血液流态、袢周状态的积分值及总积分均明显高于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0,05)。因此,在高血压病的诊疗中,正确使用降压、扩管药物的同时,有效地降低血液粘度,积极改善微循环功能,对良好地控制血压及预防心、脑血管并发症的发生均有重要的意义。

Abstract:patients with hypertension and 58 normal Control subjects were studied: the differences of their hemorbeological changes and Naifold microcirculation show: (1)All the hypertension patients whole blood viscosity, reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity. hematocrit and RBC aggregation index are higher than control group. The difference are significanty(P<0.01).(2)The number of patiently capillary loops of hypertension patients is significantly increase. The blood flow slower, in it, the slow grain flow is common seen.Analyse the multiple score of naifold microciroulation of two growps can find that there were more marked disterbances in microvessels, blood flow and microvascular permeability in group of hypertension. The diffrences are significantly(P< 0. 01,P<0.05). So, in the treatment of hypertension, the doctor should not only antihypertension, but to decrease the blood viscocity, improve the fluidy of blood and microcirculatio. This is of clinical value to control blood pressure and avoid cardiocerebrovascular disease.
