肺炎支原体肺部感染后肺小动脉的改变及对肺动脉压和右心室的影响

摘    要:以同月龄大鼠作肺炎支原体反复肺部感染的实验性研究,应用光镜结合全自动图像分析仪及形态学测量技术观察肺小动脉的构形改变,同时测量肺动脉压及右心室肥大指数的变化情况,结果发现,肺小动脉肌化增强,并延伸至无肌细小动脉,肺泡间隔内动脉数减少,肺小动脉中膜增厚、管腔狭窄,肺动脉压力增高,右心室肥大等。提示反复肺炎支原体肺部感染对肺动脉高压的形成和肺心病的发生发展可能起一定的作用。

Abstract:The experimental study was made in Wistar rats of the same months with pulmonary infection induced by mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP). The changes of the pulmonary arteriole were observed with light microscope combined with autophotographic instrument and morphometric technique. Pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) and index of right ventricular hypertrophy(RVHI) were defected. The results showed that pulmonary arteriole musculariznation was increased and developed into non-muscle arterioles. The medial hypertrophy of pulmonary artorioles and vessel stenosis were found in pulmonary small arterioles. Pulmonary hypertension and hypertrophy of right ventricle were measured. It was suggested that pulmonary infection repeatedly induced by MP may play an important role in the development of pulmonary hypertension and chronic cor pulmonale
