摘    要:对91名长期接触甲苯、二甲苯及苯作业工人进行免疫功能观察。生产环境空气中混苯浓度以甲苯最高,二甲苯次之,苯浓度较低。结果表明,工人末稍血中白细胞总数减少,E 花环形成率和淋巴细胞转化率均降低,IgG、IgA 均降低,IgM 升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异。补体 C_3有下降趋势,与对照组比较无显著性差异。

Abstract:In this article,authors reported the immunologic function of 91 worker who had been exposed to toluene,xylene and benzene over a long period of time.The concentration of toluene in the air of the workshop was the highest,xylene the second,and the concentration of benzene was lower.The results showed that the total leucoyte count,the E rosette forming rate and lymphocyte transformation rate, and the content of immunoglobulin(G,A)in the serum weresighificantly lower than those of the control group,but IgM was significantly higher than that of the control group.The complement C_3 tended to decrease and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The authors hold that the question of safety in the industrial use of the three sorts of benzene must be evaluated anew.
