对比观察鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正术与传统鼻中隔矫正术的临床效果

目的对比观察鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正术与传统鼻中隔矫正术的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将240例鼻中隔偏曲患者分为两组,对照组予传统中隔矫正手术治疗,观察组予鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正术治疗,对比两组2周后治愈情况,不良反应和并发症。结果观察组患者的总有效率(99.13%)明显高于对照组(43.61%),观察组患者的并发症发生率(12.17%)明显低于对照组(48.70%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻中隔偏曲的治疗中采用鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正手术相较于传统鼻中隔矫正手术,其治愈率高,手术危险性低,值得临床上推广应用。

Study on clinical effect of endoscopic nasal septum orthotics compared with traditional nasal septum orthotics

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effect of endoscopic nasal septum orthotics compared with traditional nasal septum orthotics.Methods A total of 240 cases of nasal septum deviation were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,patients in control group were given with traditional nasal septum orthotics and patients in observation group were treated with endoscopic nasal septum orthotics,then the condition of disease,adverse reactions and complications were compared between these two groups at two weeks after operation.Results The overall effective rate of observation group was 56.52%,and it was higher than that of control group（P 0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients of observation group was 36.53%,and it was lower than that of control group（P 0.05）,and their difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In comparison with traditional nasal septum orthotics,endoscopic nasal septum orthotics in treatment of nasal septum deviation has many advantages,its cure rate is higher,with fewer surgical risks,hence it is worthy to be further application and wide promotion.
