西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性研究

目的评估对初诊的2型糖尿病患者采用西格列汀和二甲双胍联合治疗的疗效和安全性。方法选择2型糖尿病患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。其中研究组采用西格列汀和二甲双胍联合治疗,对照组仅采用二甲双胍治疗。治疗3个月后观察两组治疗前后患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肝肾功能、尿常规及心电图等指标的变化以及药物的不良反应。结果两组患者FPG、PPG及HbAlc均较治疗前有明显下降,但研究组较对照组下降明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组不良反应主要为消化道反应,无肝肾损害,研究组患者体重较治疗前有增加的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(t=2.01,P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者可以安全有效改善空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白。

Study on the effectiveness and safety of sitagliptin and metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined sitagliptin and metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes treatment for newly diagnosed.Methods Select 140 patients with type 2 diabetes,and randomly divided into two groups,70 cases each.Which team USES the west Craig dean and metformin combination therapy,the control group only treated with metformin.Treatment after 3 months observation of two groups of patients before and after the treatment of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,postprandial blood sugar（PPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,triglycerides（TG）,cholesterol（TC）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,the indexes of liver and kidney function,routine urine and electrocardiogram（ecg） changes and adverse reactions of drugs.Results Two groups of patients with FPG,PPG and HbAlc than before treatment significantly decreased,but the team down significantly compared with control group,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）.3 months after treatment the two groups of adverse reactions mainly gastrointestinal tract reaction,liver and kidney damage,the team weight compared with before treatment in patients with increasing trend,but there was no statistically significant difference（t = 2.01,P 2.01）.The incidence of adverse reactions similar between the two groups has no statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Sitagliptin and metformin is safe and effective to improve the fasting blood glucose and HbAlc.
