产后出血385例原因及其意义分析

目的：探讨产后出血的原因。方法：对４８１６例分娩的初产妇，采用弯盘、量杯收集测量产后２小时内及术中出血量。结果：产后出血的平均发生率为８．０％（３８５／４８１６）。其中阴道分娩发生出血２１３例，剖宫产分娩发生出血１７２例。结果造成出血的第一位原因是子宫收缩乏力；第二位原因是胎盘因素；第三位原因是软产道撕裂和血管损伤。其次是剖宫产指征不严格，使剖宫产率（２１．５％）增高。结论：认真处理产程的每一

Analysis of the causes and the significance of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the causes of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 4816 primiparas with vaginal delivery or cesarean section were studied.The blood lost within 2h postpartum of after operation were collected and measured and the causes of hemorrhage analysed.Results:On average,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 8 0%(385/4816),among which 213 cases were vaginal delivery and 172 were cesarean section.The first cause for postpartum heamorrhage was inertia of uterus,the second was placental element and the third was the injury of birth canel and angiorrhexis.In addition,the high cesarean section rate(21 5%) indicated the choice of indication for cesarean section was slackened.Conclusion:Postpartum hemorrhage and complications could be prevented by careful and intimate management of labor stages and opportune rescue.
