某部队学员蠕形螨感染情况及甲硝唑硫磺软膏疗效观察

目的 :了解学员中蠕形螨感染情况 ,并进行有效的药物治疗。方法 :采用透明胶纸粘贴法对学员进行蠕形螨检查 ,对阳性者用甲硝唑硫磺软膏进行治疗 ,三个月后观察疗效。结果 :4 2 3名学员中 ,蠕形螨感染阳性者 1 2 8人 ,阳性率为 30 .3%。用甲硝唑硫磺软膏治疗蠕形螨感染者 ,治愈率为 85.2 %。结论 :学员中蠕形螨感染率较高 ,用甲硝唑硫磺软膏治疗 ,有较好的疗效

Observations of on the infection of Demodes and the effects of treatment with metronidazole sulphur oinment in military medical college students

Objective:To find out the Demodes infection rate in students of military medical college and the method of treatment.Methods:Transparent adhesive fape was used to detecf the infection rate and ointment containing mainly metronidazole and sulphur was prepared and used for treatment.Results:Among 423 students examined,the infecfion rate was 30 3% and the curative rate of the ointment was 85 2%. Conclusion:Infection of Demodex do exists in the students of military (medical) college and with a rather high rate of infecfion. The metramidazole sulphur ointment is effecfive for treating Dexmodex infeetion.
