| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨新生儿感染性疾病时血清白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )的水平。方法 :用ELISA方法检测 5 8例感染患儿血清IL 6含量 ,其中 2 2例重症感染患儿及 36例轻症患儿 ,另设35例作为对照组。结果 :感染患儿血清IL - 6为 (2 1 0 2± 13 0 7) pg/ml,重症患儿血清IL 6为 (30 6 2± 15 5 1) pg/ml,轻症患儿为 (15 16± 6 40 )pg/ml,对照组为 (5 49± 2 82 ) pg/ml,感染患儿血清IL 6含量高于对照组 ,且重症患儿含量高于轻症患儿 ;感染 48小时内血清IL 6含量较高。结论 :提示IL - 6是新生儿感染性疾病的重要炎症介质 ,对早期诊断有一定意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between neonatal infective diseases and the level of serum interleukin 6.Methods:The serum IL 6 level in 22 patients wiht serious infection,36 patients with slight infection and IL 6 were high in early stgae.Results:The levels of IL 6 in patients with infectons were higher than those in mormal group,and the level of 35 non-infective newborns were measured by ELISA.Conclusion:It is showed that IL 6 as an inflammatory mediator play an important role for diagnosing early in neonatal infective diseases. |
