| 摘 要： | 目的：对妇康乐洗剂进行体外抗菌试验，测定其ＭＩＣ值和ＭＢＣ值。方法：采用美国国家临床试验标准化委员会（ＮＣＣＬＳ）建议的《酵母菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感试验参考方案》进行试验。结果：测得妇康乐洗剂最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）为１．８～１９５．３ｍｇ／ｌ和最低杀菌浓度（ＭＢＣ）为１．８～１１５８．５ｍｇ／ｌ。结论：妇康乐洗剂对妇康乐洗液对常见细菌具有显的抗菌作用；对铜绿假单胞菌无作用（ＭＩＣ＞１８７５

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the minium inhibitory concentrations and minium fungicide concentrarions of Fukangle lotion.Methods:National committee for clinical laboratory standards reference methood for broth micro dilution was used.Results:The MIC of Fukangle lotion ranged from 1 8 mg/ml to 195 3 mg/ml and the MBC was 1 8 mg/ml to 1158 5 mg/ml.Conclusion:Fukangle lotion shows obvious antibacterial activity. |
