严重老年性上睑松垂的治疗

目的:探讨老年性重度上睑松垂的治疗方法,以满足老年人的生理、心理及美学要求。方法:采用在上睑皮肤上作近似柳叶状切口,内窄外宽,切除上睑多余皮肤,同时切除并抚平上睑眼轮匝肌,切口皮肤缝合固定于睑板上形成重睑。结果:267例病人均取得满意疗效。老年性"三角眼"畸形被修复,上睑形态恢复正常,眼部功能恢复良好。结论:上睑多余皮肤的近似柳叶状切除以及对上睑眼轮匝肌的修整,是治疗老年性重度上睑松垂的有效而简单的手术方法。

Surgical Correction of Aged Triangle Eye Deformity

Objective: To evaluate a surgical method for the treatment of aged triangle eye deformity which meet the patients physiological,psychological and aesthetic requirements.Methods: A leaf of willow'-shaped incision were made on upper eyelid.Redundant and bagged skin was excised,and skin was sutured upon the superior tarsus.Results: All 267 cases had satisfactory outcomes.The deformity was corrected followed by the recovery of upper eyelid shape and eyes function.Conclusion: The combined excision of redundant skin and orbicularis oculi on upper eyelid is proven as a simple and reliable method for the correction of the deformity of aged triangle eye.
