| 摘 要： | 密度感应是细菌之间通过分泌和感应胞外信号分子而进行的交流活动,密度感应使细菌同时激活相关基因的表达,协调菌群生物学行为。目前认为AI-2在细菌种间交流中起通用信号分子的作用。LuxS/AI-2参与口腔细菌间的交流,并参与调控毒力因子表达和牙菌斑生物膜的稳定。

| Abstract: | Quorum sensing is a process of bacterial cell-to-cell communication involving the production and detection of extraecllular signaling molecules called autoinducers. Quorum sensing also activated the expression of related gene at the same time, which coordinates the biological be havior in microbial population. Recently, it has been proposed that autoinducer-2 served as a universal signal for interspecies communication. LuxS/AI-2 is involved in the communication among oral bacteria, regulates the expression of virulence factors and stabilization of biomembrane in dental plaque. |
