| 摘 要： | 目的 观察 70味珍珠丸对兔软脑膜微循环的影响。方法 首先观测正常兔软脑膜微循环情况 ,再ig70味珍珠丸 7d ,观察药后软脑膜微循环的变化情况。然后局部滴注肾上腺素造成微循环障碍 ,记录微循环障碍开始的时间及各指标的变化。结果 70味珍珠丸能改善局部滴注肾上腺素造成的软脑膜微循环障碍 ,延缓微循环异变的开始时间 ,可扩张毛细血管管径 ,增加网点 ,改善血液流态 ,与对照组比较P <0 .0 5。结论 70味珍珠丸能改善脑部微循环 ,增加脑血流量

| Abstract: | Objective to study the influence on the 70 kinds of pearl pills are the first chosen medicine in treating various acute and chronic disease of nervous system included brain vessel disease and neverous disease microcirculation.Method In this experiment,administreated this medicine with a dosage of 0.25g/kg and 0.5g/kg im Result it was found that the disorder of microcirculation of soft brain membrane was significantly improved and the variation time was delayed in rabbit.Moreover in could dilate the vessels diameter,increase the web point of capillary and improve the blood flow,compared with the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion The results suggested that 70 kinds pearl pills can promote the cerebral microcirculation and increase the cerebral blood flow. |
