| 摘 要： | 目的:检测早期正常妊娠及自然流产绒毛组织中细胞凋亡抑制蛋白cFLIPmRNA及其蛋白产物的表达,分析并探讨cFLIP与自然流产的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR法及免疫组化SP法检测cFLIP mRNA及其蛋白产物在20例自然流产患者(研究组)绒毛组织的表达,以同期正常妊娠要求人工流产20例为对照组。结果:研究组绒毛组织中cFLIP mRNA及蛋白表达明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:细胞凋亡抑制蛋白cFLIP参与维持正常妊娠,绒毛组织中其表达下降可能在自然流产的发生中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the protein and mRNA that cFLIP expressed in villi tissue of early normal pregnancy and spontaneous abortion to investigate the relationship between the expression of cFLIP and spontaneous abortion.Method:RT-PCR method and immunohistochemistry SP method were respectively adopted to measure the expression level of protein and mRNA of cFLIP in villi tissue of 20 spontaneous abortion patients.The controlled team was consisted of 20 healthy early pregnant women that terminated pregnancy by artificial abortion.Result:The expression of protein and mRNA of cFLIP in spontaneous abortion group was significantly lower than that of controlled group.Conclusion:cFLIP protect the procedure of pregnancy,and abnormal lower expression of cFLIP may plays a significant role in spontaneous abortion. |
