| 摘 要： | 目的:观察晴尔(奥扎格雷钠注射液)治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法:120例脑梗死患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例.治疗组给予晴尔160mg 生理盐水500ml静脉滴注,每日一次,连用10天;对照组予以舒血宁注射液10 ml 生理盐水500ml静脉滴注,每日一次,连用10天,观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、神经功能缺损、病残程度进行对比分析.结果10天后晴尔组基本治愈率86.6%,明显高于舒血宁组的基本治愈率41%(P＜0.01).结论:晴尔对急性脑梗死的治疗临床疗效确切、副作用小.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ozagrel in treatment of acute cereal infarction.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the treatmentgroup were injected with Ozagrel 160mg+0.9%NS500ml one time each day. Patients in control group were inject-ed with Floium Ginkgo 10ml+0.9%NS500ml one time each day. The treatment period of two group covers 10days. Analysis of the clinical symptoms and nerological functional deficit between the two groups was made. Re-sults The basic cure rate of Ozagrel(86.6%) is higher than that(41%) of Floium Ginkgo.P<0.01 |
