除痹方治疗中晚期类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

本文运用中医辨证施治的理论 ,在总结多年临床实践经验的基础上 ,针对中、晚期类风湿病的阳虚寒凝、痰瘀互结和阴虚热郁、痰瘀互结两个不同的基本证型 ,自拟除痹温经汤和除痹清络汤。临床治疗中、晚期类风湿病 74例 ,治疗组 44例 ,治愈 5例 ,显效 19例 ,有效 16例 ,无效 4例 ,愈显率为 5 4.5 4% ,总有效率为 90 .91% ;对照组 30例 ,治愈 2例 ,显效 7例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 8例 ,愈显率 30 .0 % ,总有效率 73.33%。治疗组与对照组相比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT OF INTERMEDIATE AND LATE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS WITH FORMULAE OF RELIEVING STAGNATION-SYNDROME OF QI AND BLOOD

According to our clinical experience,intermediate and late rheumatoid arthritis can be divided into two basic types differentially.The pathogenesis of one type is that Yang asthenia causes obstruction of cold,phlegm and stasis,that of the other is Yin asthenia and accumulation of heat and obstruction of phlegm and blood.Correspondingly,Chubi Wenjing decoction and Chubi Qingluo decoction were prescribed to treat the diease according to its different types.In treatment group(44 cases),the cured and effectual rate was 54.54%,and the total effective rate was 90.9%.In contral group(30 cases),the cured and effectual rate was 30.0%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The curative effects of the treatment group were significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.01).It showed that the two decoctions have meaningful superiority in treatment of intermediate and late rheumatoid authritis.
