固相微萃取气质联用测定中药辛夷挥发性成分

摘    要:本研究采用固相微萃取气质联用(SPME—GC—MS)测定了中药辛夷挥发性成分。研究结果表明,采用混合涂层PDMS/DVB/CAR,在80℃下对0.5g药材粉末样品顶空萃取30min后进行GC—MS分析可获得令人满意的测定结果。同水蒸气蒸馏法相比,本法具有简便、快速、样品量小等特点,适于中药挥发性成分的快速测定。

Abstract:The present work describes a solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (SPME-GC- MS) for the analysis of volatile compounds in Magnolia biondii Pamp. The optimum SPME was achieved by using PDMS/DVB/CAR fiber over 0.5g of the powdered sample at 80℃ for 30min. In comparison with traditional steam distillation, the proposed method is simple, rapid and less sample-demanding and can be used for the fast analysis of volatile compounds in traditional Chinese medicines.
