自我效能增强干预对截瘫患者神经功能康复的影响

目的:探讨自我效能增强干预对截瘫患者神经功能康复的影响.方法:将140例颈椎损伤患者随机分为对照组和研究组各70例,对照组采用骨科截瘫常规护理,研究组在截瘫常规护理的基础上由专科护士进行自我效能增强干预.应用一般自我效能量表问卷分别于干预前后对患者进行测评,并观察两组患者神经功能康复情况及自我效能与生活质量的关系.结果:干预3个月后进行自我效能评分,研究组206分,对照组150分,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01);干预6个月后研究组自理程度Ⅰ级22例,Ⅱ级25例,对照组Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级7例,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:自我效能增强干预提高了患者的自理能力,降低了康复致残率和并发症发生率.

Effect of enhanced self-efficacy intervention on rehabilitation of nerve function of patient with paraplegia

Objective: To explore the effect of enhanced self-efficacy intervention on rehabilitation of nerve function of patient with paraplegia.Methods: One hundred and forty patients with cervical spine injuries were randomly divided into control group(n=70) and experiment group(n=70).Conventional nursing care for patient with paraplegia was taken in control group and enhanced self-efficacy intervention was applied by special nurse on basis of essential nursing care in experiment group.General questionnaire on self-efficacy was used to make an investigation on patient's rehabilitation and relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life.Results: The scores of self-efficacy was 206 in experiment group and 150 in control group after 3-month intervention,there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01).Grade I of self-care ability was obtained in 22 patients and Grade II in 25 patients in experiment group;Grade I in two patients and Grade II in 7 patients in control group,the significant difference was found(P<0.01).Conclusion: Enhanced self-efficacy intervention can upgrade self-care ability of patients and decrease disabling rate and incidence of complication.
