婴幼儿肛瘘治疗研究

目前国内对于经保守治疗无效的婴幼儿肛瘘患儿仍以手术治疗为主。鉴于婴幼儿这一特殊发病群体,如何保护患儿肛门功能是各家高度重视的焦点。近年来,医学界提出了各种治疗婴幼儿肛瘘的方式,明确了各种方式的适应症及操作方法。相关报道均表明,婴幼儿肛瘘治疗的关键在于术中正确处理内口,把握肛瘘根治与保全括约肌功能之间的平衡,减少各种并发症的发生。

Study on the treatment of infantile anal fistula

Currently, surgery is still the main method for the children who have no benefit from the conservative treatment in domestic. Therefore, in view of this special incidence group, how to protect the anal function of infants is still be the focus for many experts and clinicians. In recent years, the Medical had put forward kinds of methods which had been made clear for their adjustments and operated skills to treat the infants＇ anal fistula. In some reports, the key points to cure the infants＇anal fistula are the correct treatments of internal opening and the balance of the radical therapy and the sphincter＇s function to re- duce the complications.
